This page is for the Trainzo app

Trainzo is a coaching app published by Cavrian FZE LLC. It is used by fitness coaches on the web and by their clients on iOS and Android. If you have a Trainzo account of either kind, this page explains how to delete it and what happens to your information afterwards.

Deleting it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and it needs nobody's help. In the app, open the You tab, then Account & security, then Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm, because the deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

On the web, the same control is on your account page. Either one deletes the same account — a person who coaches and trains has one login, not two.

Or ask us, if you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach that screen, write to privacy@trainzo.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before doing anything, because the alternative is a stranger being able to delete your work.

We act on these within 30 days and usually within a few working days.

What is deleted

Your login and your access to Trainzo are removed immediately. There is no grace period and no recovery.

If you coach on Trainzo, your business goes with it: your exercise library, the workouts and programmes you built, your roster, the sessions you scheduled and the message threads with your clients. Your clients lose access to the plans you were delivering.

If you are a client, your login goes, along with your reactions and anything you had hidden in a conversation.

What is kept, and why

If you are a client, your coach keeps their record of the coaching they delivered. That means the roster entry, the sessions they assigned you, the sets that were logged against them and the messages between you. It is no longer linked to any login, including yours, and you cannot sign in to reach it.

We do this because that history is your coach's business record of work they did, in the same way it survives when a coach archives a client who has stopped training. If you want your coach to remove it as well, ask them — it is theirs to delete, and they can.

Where the law requires us to keep something, we keep it: payment and invoice records are retained for the period tax law demands, and are held by our payment provider rather than by us. Nothing in that category can be used to sign in.

Copies of deleted data may remain in encrypted database backups for a short period after deletion and are overwritten on our provider's normal backup cycle. Those backups are not accessible to the product and are used only to recover from a failure.

Before you delete

If you are on a paid plan, cancel it first or you may be charged for a renewal you did not intend. Deleting the account does not automatically end a subscription held by our payment provider.

If you only want to stop training with one coach rather than leave Trainzo entirely, you do not need this page. Ask that coach to remove you, and your other coaching relationships and your login are untouched.
