The fastest way to get help is email. support@trainzo.com reaches a person, not a queue. We answer within one working day and usually the same day.

It helps to say which you are — a coach, or somebody being coached — and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot is worth more than a description.

Your coach writes your sessions; we do not. If a workout looks wrong, sits on the wrong day, or is too hard, message your coach in the app — they can change it in seconds. Write to us when the app itself misbehaves.

Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen first. If the email never arrives, check which address you signed up with: a coach invites you by email, and the invitation goes to whichever address they typed.

Still stuck, write to us from any address and tell us the one you signed up with. We will never move an account to a new address on an email alone, so expect us to ask something only the account holder would know.

In the app: Menu → Account & security → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and it does not go through us.

Only coaches pay for Trainzo, and only on the web — the app is free and contains nothing to buy. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so invoices and card details live with them, and our refund policy says when we refund.

A security problem goes to security@trainzo.com. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and please do not test against other people’s data.

A privacy request — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion — goes to privacy@trainzo.com.
