An honest comparison
Trainzo vs Everfit.
We make Trainzo, so read this page with that in mind. Our rules: where Everfit is better, we say so first and plainly. Their numbers carry the date we checked them. And if this page shows you Everfit suits your business better, it has done its job.
Trainzo is new. The coach dashboard and the client app for iPhone and Android are live, and any coach can sign up. It is a young product from a small team — if that is too early for your business, that is a fair reason to choose a more established one, and the comparison below is still worth five minutes.
The short version
Everfit is a broad, well-rated platform: workouts, nutrition, habits, forms, booking, forums and a team on its Pro plan, with automation, payments and meal plans sold as add-ons.
Its free plan is better than ours — five clients forever against Trainzo’s three — and at five paying clients the two cost the same, US$19 a month.
Trainzo is newer and smaller. It costs less once your roster passes ten, includes automations on Pro instead of selling them on top, and lets one person be a coach and a client of several coaches on one account. If you need nutrition, booking or a team today, Everfit wins today.

Where Everfit wins
- A bigger free plan. Five clients forever beats our three. If you coach four or five people and want to pay nothing, Everfit is the better deal.
- Nutrition. A food journal, macro tracking and basic meal plans come with Pro, and a meal-plan and recipe add-on goes further. Trainzo has no nutrition tracking yet.
- Booking, client payments and community forums. Everfit has all three; Trainzo has none of them yet.
- A team today. Team members come with Pro. Trainzo’s team seats are not live yet.
- Finer workout tracking. RPE, RIR, heart rate, cadence and calories on an exercise, and weights worked out from a % of 1RM. Trainzo logs weight, reps, time and distance, and stops there for now.
- If you need nutrition, booking or a team this month, choose Everfit. Genuinely.
Where Trainzo wins
- Cheaper as you grow. Past ten clients Trainzo costs less at every step we checked: US$29 against US$49 for 15 clients, US$49 against US$75 for 30.
- Automations are in the plan. On Pro and up they are included; on Everfit, Autoflow is an add-on from US$29 a month on top of the plan.
- Broadcasts from the first paid plan. Everfit keeps broadcast messages for Studio, from US$105 a month.
- One person, one account. A coach can train under another coach, and a client can have a strength coach and a physio at once, each kept apart, on one login.
- Health data shared coach by coach. Clients connect Apple Health or Health Connect once and choose which coach sees which numbers; habits like steps fill themselves.
- A bigger library: 2,004 movements and 25 programmes, on every plan, the free one too.
One login, whatever your role
On Trainzo an account is a person, not a role. The same person can coach a roster, be a client of one coach, be a client of three coaches, or all of it at once: one email, one login, and each coaching relationship kept private from the others.
Here is what that means in practice. Say you coach twenty clients and you also train with a powerlifting coach. On some platforms that means two accounts and a second email address. On Trainzo it is one login with two sides. Your coach never sees your clients, and your clients never see your coach.
Want to see it for real?
Your first 3 clients are free, with no card and no expiry. Every new account gets every feature for its first 30 days.
